Science Applied to Art at the Walters Art Museum: Glenn Alan Gates PhD conducts research that synthesizes chemistry and material science with art and cultural heritage. Dr. Gates will visit Pitt-Greensburg's Art & Forensic Analysis (HAA 1005) Course, on Monday, October 16. His presentation is "Science Applied to Art at the Walters Art Mseum." He will focus on forensics and scientific analysis applied to art, addressing questions surrounding authenticity, artists' orginal intent, and conservation.
