 A Message from the President:

Starting Wednesday, October 20, and continuing throughout the semester, we will have an on-campus covid testing site available for students, faculty and staff who need to submit a Quest PCR test to maintain compliance with the University of Pittsburgh requirement for non-vaccinated individuals.  The on-campus covid tests are for asymptomatic individuals only. We still expect all such members of our community to order their tests as previously instructed:

Students, to order a test kit delivered to your address click here:
https://patient.questdiagnostics.com/pitt-COVID-testing
Faculty/Staff, to order a test kit delivered to your address click here:
http://patient.questdiagnostics.com/backtoschool-testing-registration-PCR-only?programid=upitt-staf

However, if you have not received your test kit in a timely fashion, or for some other reason were unable to complete a weekly test, please come to our testing site as follows:

Location:     Lynch Hall 106 (there are signs directing you to the testing site)
Day/Time:   Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00-2:00

A s
taff member will be there to assist you with the testing protocol and will collect the testing materials when you complete the process.  If you have not already done so, please register with Quest ahead of time which will save you from waiting and registering at the testing site, this is encouraged, but not required.

Unvaccinated or undisclosed individuals are required by the University to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test between Monday-Saturday every week of the term.

Please use this resource as needed to stay in compliance with the mandatory testing regimen.  Thank you for your attention to this critical issue.

Sincerely,

Dr. Gregerson
