Job seekers will be given the opportunity to meet regional employers at the WANT Job and Career Expo on Wednesday, Feb. 21, at the Ramada Greensburg Hotel and Conference Center (Greensburg). The Expo will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., during which job seekers will be able to learn about job opportunities and submit resumes to businesses. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to sign up for a FREE,10-minute photo session where they will have a professional photo taken for use on Linked In profiles, etc. Registration is required. The Pitt-Greensburg Annual Children's Literature Conference will be held on May 4, 2018. The Pitt-Greensburg Children's Literature Conference serves educators and librarians in the Western Pennsylvania community and beyond. The conference will offer presentations by nationally known children’s authors, informative breakout sessions, a continental breakfast, a hot buffet lunch, and book signing.  Registration is required. Attention students! The PGAA is currently accepting nominations for the 2018 Outstanding Faculty Award.  Nominees must be a full-time faculty member at Pitt-Greensburg, and the previous year’s recipient is not eligible for the current year.  Nominations are being accepted through Wednesday, February 21, 2018. For more information and nomination form, Click Here...

This award is given to  Pitt-Greensburg student who best exemplifies the spirit of volunteerism through participation in a student organization in his or her community.
