Students, faculty, and staff should plan to attend and, most importantly, encourage each other to participate!

     * Graduating Seniors: The Pitt-Greensburg Alumni Association would like to honor you by making a donation in your name. Stop by the table at Grad Central on Tuesday!

     * Res-life Students: Designate your gift to your residence hall, and you could win a Chipoltle Feast!

     * Club & Organization Students: Designate your gift to your group, and your group could win prize money!

The Pitt Day of Giving celebrates the founding of the University of Pittsburgh and provides another opportunity to participate in the Partners in Excellence campaign while also supporting the campus' Day of Giving challenge goals. If PItt-Greensburg is among the leaders for the participation during PITT Day of Giving, it would receive additional funding through the University of Pittsburgh's incentive program.

Pitt Day in Harrisburg 2020

Registration is open!

Students: Early Bird--Friday, February 28 to be entered to win the Pitt Spirit Basket on the return trip back from Harrisburg!!

Join fellow Pitt students, faculty, staff and alumni on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 as they gather from across the Commonwealth to meet with members of the General Assembly. This is an opportunity to give legislators a first-hand perspective of the challenges and changes facing public higher education. Join us on this day for your chance for your voice to be heard! Early Bird Registration! Students that register early by February 28, 2020 will be entered into a drawing for a Pitt Spirit Basket on the bus on return trip back from Harrisburg!  Deadline to register is March 6, 2020.

2020 Student Community Service Award

The PGAA is now accepting nominations for the Student Community Service Award.  The PGAA recognizes a student who best exemplifies the spirit of volunteerism through participation in student organizations and within one’s community.  The winner of this award is expected to attend the end-of-year Student Leadership Recognition Ceremony on Wednesday, April 17.  The recipient receives $500, which is applied to his/her University account. Students may self-nominate or be nominated by fellow students, faculty, or staff. All of Us RESEARCH PROGRAM

On Tuesday, February 25, Tuesday, March 10, and Wednesday, March 25 representatives of the All of Us Pennsylvania, in coordination with the University of Pittsburgh , will be on campus conducting visits with individuals participating in the nationwide All of Us Research Program.

The All of Us Research Program is a historic effort to gather data from one million or more people living in the United States to accelerate research and improve health. By taking into account individual differences in lifestyle, environment, and biology, researchers will uncover paths towards delivering personalized medicine.

All participants receive a $25 gift card

upon completion of their visit.

The 2020 Commencement Ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2020.
