College Republicans General Meeting. Come join the College Republicans for their general meeting. Come and see what events our club has planned for the future and talk about current events, Everyone is welcome.
Science Club general meetings are on Wednesdays starting at 11:45am.  Please stop into our Zoom room after your 11:50 course.  We do not mind latecomers! Don't forget to register for the link and password to access this virtual meeting.
 

Pitt-Greensburg Criminal Justice Club Biweekly Meetings. Our biweekly meetings feature discussion based on current events going on in the world in regards to criminal justice as well as events that we will host in the future.

Join the Film Club for our weekly general meeting! Our club provides an organization for film buffs where we watch and discuss movies, as well as dig into aspects of comedy and filmmaking. If you want to have a say in what movies are shown, consider joining the Film Club. We have both online and in-person options to meet this semester.
 

Circle K General Meeting will be held March 11. Come hang out with Circle K and get involved with some of the service projects we are working on this week. In-person (with COVID-19 protocols)or over Zoom!

The Academic Village Senate meets every other Monday at noon. Clubs and organizations planning educational events should plan to have a representative attend a Village Senate meeting in order to have their events approved for Academic Village credit.
Pitt Day in Harrisburg 2021

Registration is Open!

 Pitt Day in Harrisburg will be coming to you VIRTUALLY!

Join fellow Pitt students, faculty, staff and alumni on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from across the Commonwealth starting at 9:30 a.m. to meet with members of the General Assembly via your desktop, laptop, or smartphone.

This is an opportunity for your voice to be heard and to give legislators a first-hand perspective of the challenges and changes facing public higher education, virtually tour the capitol, and more during this one day VIRTUAL event..

Sharee Miller, author and illustrator of Princess Hair, Don’t Touch My Hair, and Michelle’s Garden, will be our first-ever Online Keynote Speaker!  Please join us on March 15th, 2021 from 6:00-7:30pm for this FREE event.  Sharee has put together a wonderful 60-minute presentation, and just like our in-person events, we will hold a 30-minute Q&A session following her presentation. As we look hopefully towards the spring and summer of 2021 and a return to normal activities, a variety of ways to recognize our graduates are in development.

PGAA Accepting Nominations for 2021 Alumni Awards

Help us celebrate our alumni and their successes and accomplishments by nominating them for the 2021 PGAA Alumni Awards. Self- and third-party nominations are currently being accepted for the following awards:
               

    Alumnus of Distinction;

    Young Alumni Leadership
    Volunteer Excellence.


Nominations will be accepted through Monday, July 5, 2021. The recipients will be recognized at the Alumni Awards Celebration Dinner during the Blue & Gold Celebration.

The PGAA Board of Directors is looking for alumni to join the board for the July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2024 term.

Nominate a student for the PGAA Student Community Service Award 2021. This award recognizes a student who best exemplifies the spirit of volunteerism through
